[ripple-lib-orderbook] not published to npm #48

It appears there's a different package called ripple-lib-orderbook which is not from this repo. I also don't have permission to publish the "ripple-lib-orderbook" package on npm. If we still want this package to be published to npm, I think we'll need to come up with a different name for it (or get in touch with the owner of the current "ripple-lib-orderbook" package and ask them to make us an owner of it).

@79yuuki Looks like you are the owner of ripple-lib-orderbook npm package. Can you release a new version or make ripple engineers an owner of it (so that they can do it)?

The already released version number is not the same as the one defined in package.json though. The version in package.json never reached 1.x.x. Shall we change the one defined in package.json to match what's released in npm? Or do you have any other suggestions?
