Changes "Ripple Consensus Ledger" to "XRP Ledger" and similar phrases per the rebranding
Changes the links to go to the new site
Backports some wording revisions/etc that made it into the dev portal repo
Fixes some field names that were still camelCase when they should've been snake_case.
