[ ] There are a few pages (like transaction common fields) in the "concepts/understanding-xrpl/transactions" section that need to go back into references
[ ] The new structure under "Concepts" feels like almost exactly the old structure, except almost all the content has been moved down a level into "Understanding XRPL" and the updated "Introduction" category has some new contents. I don't think pushing things down a level is an improvement, so we should consider either removing the "Concepts" bucket and pulling the two things under it up a level (so "Introduction" and "Understanding XRPL" would be directly under "Docs") or doing away with "Understanding XRPL" and pulling all those contents back up (so they would be back to being siblings with "Introduction")
[ ] "Transaction Queue" should probably be under Transactions rather than Server, since you need to know somewhat about it to handle the case where you send a transaction and it gets queued, and some of the more detailed considerations listed there (like fee averaging) are there so that users can more intelligently navigate their transactions through the queue. The rest of the "Server" section is more about how you connect up to the (right) network rather than how you send transactions after you're connected.
[ ] Amendments and Known Amendments are kind of floating right now. It might make sense to move "Amendments" into a server or consensus related page and move "Known Amendments" into the protocol reference.
