Including certain rpc_* yaml settings breaks startup in recent versions of Cassandra.

ERROR [main] 2017-09-07 22:49:33,343 CassandraDaemon.java:663 - Exception encountered during startup: Invalid yaml. Please remove properties [rpc_port] from your cassandra.yaml
