I've added button and input styles that closely match those from astra-ui, implemented with BEM format
I overhauled the top nav template and styles to match the mocks
I changed some site wide padding and margin to align the main containers to the grid defined in the mocks

The search and get live help button do not function yet, I just wanted to focus on the styling for this ticket

Had some review and I'm going to do a little refactor here for the mobile view
