boot script and basic instructions #2

Hey mate,

Thanks heaps for these scripts and the instructions for the Pi conversion, you are a life saver.

Wrote up a quick and dirty startup script, very basic but better than not having one, if you want to merge it here is it, plus the instructions to get it working.

Didn't bother to include stop commands, if i bother to write something into it i'll make another pull request.

Hey,

Thanks for the pull request! Would love to approve it, but any chance you can move the script location to a variable that can be user edited? Not sure how many people will want to keep the scripts in /usr/local/bin due to the non-descriptive file names.
