Could you make an option to only scroll between apps that are in the same desktop??

Touch-Tab just emulates Cmd-Tab and Cmd-Shift-Tab presses which are used by macOS App Switcher. If it's not possible to do with Cmd-Tab it's not possible with Touch-Tab either.
