ePMP ACTs: Tests are still in review, Allen has been reviewing the ACTs. There are still some bugs at trap handler side (Allen and I are working on it), although the latest changes in trap handler has been pushed a few hours ago, but tests hasn't been checked yet. Allen will update you on trap handler, Hamza will run the tests and will update it on GitHub.

Finally, trap handler bugs have been resolved now, I have run my tests with the updated trap handlers and they are working fine. As a result, the tests I have written separately for S/U modes to check ePMP behavior will be merged into a single test, and I have done that part. Plus there is some renaming of test files will be required now which is not done now. I will complete this and push the changes to the repo for final review. The project completion date is on track https://github.com/orgs/riscv-admin/projects/2/views/19 according to this date on my end.

As per @allenjbaum comments, this PR cannot be merged until the regular PMP is merged - and that's a much bigger effort. Although ACTs are completed, so we have to pause this project until we merge PMP (and/or VM ACTs).

Based on the dependency on #9 (PMP), I've set the Completion Projection to June 30 and pushed the Next Status date to late May to just touch base. Dropped "Agenda Item" for now too.

Update June 11th, 2024: This SoW was shelved because of the dependencies on ePMP Sail Support and PMP ACTs. Now it will be reopened with the working on ePMP Sail support
