Typos in the spec #1

Hey Everyone, I was reading the IOPMP Spec, I found these typos.

  1. Page # 15 , Field: model, In the description it says that the number of MDCFG registers is equal to HWCFG0.md_num but I think it should be HWCFG1.md_num.
  2. Page # 29, A3: Sencondary Permission Setting, I think it would be A3: Secondary Permission Setting
