FIRM_020: too ambiguous for networking. #13

Cross-check the UEFI spec, but should cover SNP, MNP, service binding, PXE/MTFTP4/6, IPv4/6, VLAN and HTTP/DNS protocols. Don't duplicate the UEFI spec, but make unambiguous as to what level of support is required.
