Asterisks are not subscripts #315

Chapter 7, "Type system", refers a few times to asterisks (*) as "subscripts". Asterisks are not subscripts. (Check any English dictionary.)

Instead of saying "Types with subscript "*" ...", may I suggest "Types with an asterisk (*) ...".
