Add SHA256 registers from lib/drivers/include/sha256.h in kendryte sdk.

This is my first attempt at svd, please let me know if this is alright. Thanks a lot for starting on a Rust BSP for K210, can't wait to use this instead of the flakey C one.

Made the suggested changes:

Endian is an enumeration {LE,BE}
sha_data_in1 → data_in
Removed sha_ prefixes everywhere
