Fix riscv_config dependency version to 2.10.1 #59

Currently, riscof execution errors out due to a breaking change in riscv_config: riscv-software-src/riscv-config#90.

This is meant to be a temporary fix until all the instances in the code base which use the warl_interpreter from riscv_config.warl are changed to use the warl_class.

@techiepriyansh thanks for the patch. Can you please create an entry in the CHANGELOG and bump the version by patch-number (see here)
