expat is missing or is unstable. Ubuntu 17.04. #194

Seems that default instalation of ubuntu 17.04 does not have libexpat-dev. When executing quickstart commands, this error shows up. I suggest to add "libexpat-dev" to the list of requeriments for Ubuntu.
