help on spike the RISCV simulator #305

Hi, I am a newbie to GitHub and have following question:

I would like to understand the source code of Spike ( the RISCV simulator ) that is available on GitHub and would be very grateful for any links to documentation or help on this topic.

riscv-tools is a collection of misc packages. For spike info, you might try asking in riscv-isa-sim where spike actually lives. I am not aware of any such docs, but I'm not a spike expert. I don't think that there is anything difficult about the spike sources though. Most file names do what the file name says, and you should be able find what you are looking for pretty easily.
