Describe the bug The generated PDF for an extension (./do gen:ext_pdf[A]) has incorrect headings for a CSR software write (showing up at same level as the parent CSR).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Run ./do gen:ext_pdf[A]
