Fix asciidoctor-pdf theme attribute #15

According to the Asciidoctor PDF 2.0 changelog, the pdf-style and pdf-stylesdir have been removed. The pdf-theme and pdf-themesdir are the replacements.

Thanks. I thought I'd cleaned this up already but perhaps that was in another repo.
