move asciidoc source files to src; build docs in build dir #26

relates to #25

moved all spec related adocs to src dir
config to have all build collateral land in build dir
sourced rvi logo from the docs-resources directory (and removed the local duplicate)

Note that we have specs under the RV org that do not currently adhere to this directory structure layout and others that do. I like this stucture though, so will merge this PR.
