The heading link with the icon 🟢 in the # section will work on vscode. It doesn't allow us to navigate on the GitHub website. [🟢 Beginner-level resources](#🟢-beginner-level-resources)

I suggest removing the icon in the # section, which will allow readers to navigate on the Github website. [🟢 Beginner-level resources](#-beginner-level-resources)
