text refers to table load but better to use the term fetch since it uses fetch permissions. clarify horizontal note.

make pseudo-code more english. easier to read. e.g. don't need to repeat cancel reservation. shorter more formal english text. in trying to be more accurate, it becomes unreadable. think of english spec as comments on sail code.
