"...will be furninshed by the forthcoming extension" comments need to be removed #1672

There are still some comments like this:

The definition of the STCE field will be furnished by the forthcoming Sstc extension. Its allocation within menvcfg may change prior to the ratification of that extension.

The definition of the CBZE field will be furnished by the forthcoming Zicboz extension. Its allocation within menvcfg may change prior to the ratification of that extension.

The definitions of the CBCFE and CBIE fields will be furnished by the forthcoming Zicbom extension. Their allocations within menvcfg may change prior to the ratification of that extension.

Those extensions have been integrated into the spec so the text needs to change to just link to the definitions for those fields. Actually I don't think we can link, because it's in the unprivileged spec, so it will have to be just a comment.

It's in a few places - search for "will be furnished". There's also some seed ones that I think have been furnished.

Ah I was looking at the ratified spec here too; they have been removed in the lasted draft.
