Please extend the explanation on slideup/slidedown #1701

Slideup/slidedown are fairly powerful instructions but developers with experience with fixed SIMD instruction sets may find hard to see their potential.

Would be great if an example on how the instructions can be used to build a 2x2 transpose is added.
