Chapter 11 of P-spec v.0.9.8.6 (it was introduced as chapter 12 in v.0.9.8.2) contains bpick, maxw and minw.
It does not contain other fully replaced instructions such as wext.
I suggest remove replaced instructions from any chapter they are currently represented, such as bitrev from zpn chapter, wexti from zpsfoperand chapter and the whole "replaced insns" chapter.
This descriptions intended to make spec more clear but it is clearly unreadable in current state and every new fix make it even worse.
Also please release new versions with new numbers if some urgent change happens (such as chapter addition/removal, changing legal combinations, etc) and properly describe changes in the changelog because it is almost impossible to keep track in six (!) controversial versions of P-spec v.0.9.8.
