funct3 of OPIVV dones't show any number. #708

It should show '0 0 0'

This is the result of a known bug in wavedrom. (I actually think the bug might've been fixed by now, but we aren't using a sufficiently recent version.)

The bug only manifests for fields whose value is 0, as you've observed.
