Adding new material #2

At the Rey Juan Carlos University, in Madrid (Spain) we are developing educational materials for teaching about RISCV. I would like to know what is the process for including our materials on this list.

The material is available in this github wiki (with an open license).

Althoug It is written in Spanish, it can be very helpful for south-american people. We are planning to translate into English in the future

Hi @Obijuan, we don't have a section for foreign language materials yet, but there isn't any reason why we should not ave one. We'll look at finding a way to include it. Could you provide a pull request with the relevant data (type/level etc), and then we might need to rework your entry to put it in a separate section for Spanish-only materials, but overall we'd be happy to have this.
