README mentions linux-4.6.y-riscv branch that does not exist? #49

Hi

In the readme you talk about a linux-4.6.y-riscv branch. But that branch is not in the riscv-linux repo?

We've moved to a whole new development model, this isn't valid any more. Sorry we never got around to responding!
