Coordinate response for Princeton memory model press coverage #37

Summary from meeting: while the article itself is not so bad, the sensationalist headlines are, and in general we need to address this. The response should be a positive one, along the lines of "This is exactly how RISC-V should work, the openness allows people to find bugs which can be fixed". One idea was to own it up and put this case study somewhere on the webpage itself.

For now, Ted Marena is drafting something up.
