Slack? Or perhaps Kavi has some thing for this?

Sue: Btw, just heard back from Kavi regarding a chat feature:

We do not have a messenger/chat function Workspace. The closest thing I can think of is the chat feature within a Jot, but that is tied to the document itself.

Looks like Slack might be the best option.
