Changing SAIL code to reflect change back to Zkt version #18

With the change to a constant-time version of the ops, the SAIL code should match so the memory model implications are corrected.

This effectively reverts https://github.com/riscv/riscv-zicond/commit/ae93493bbddc84853c2b654cb920bd6e070472a4, since the memory model is changed.
