new entry point to run all benchmarks, as well as plotting scripts for CGO21's submission
inject local/global sizes everywhere as in CGO17's paper
MM Nvidia and NBody Nvidia both have issues in the generated code, the rest mostly looks fine

@michel-steuwer Do you want the manual code tweaks (and benchFix CSV + R script) to be included in the merge or should I ablate them?
