MinGW: function-macro name collision in src/base/atomicops-internals-*.h: MemoryBarrier

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. sh configure
2. make

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to compile without problems.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, MinGW g++ 4.8.1, gperftools 2.2.1

Please provide any additional information below.
In MinGW, the file include/winnt.h defines the macro MemoryBarrier, which 
collides with the function defined in src/base/atomicops-internals-*.h .

I was unable to reproduce this. Just tried fresh mingw installation.

I will need specific instructions how to reproduce your environment. But it is 
likely that your version of mingw is too broken.
