Framasoft shouldn't be displayed in the list of radical servers

Framasoft does a great job in the domain of education about free software and the fight against major internet corporations. Thought, I don't think they should appear in a list of "anti-hierarchy, autonomous revolutionary collectives which provide free or mutual aid services to radical and grassroots activists". This is just not what they are and it is an error to define them as so in this list.

I post this to open a talk about it and will provide a PR if it is accepted.

The entry was added by Framasoft themselves (https://github.com/riseupnet/riseup_help/commit/9cba059444da0a612abb3b4591a7ed5a6f216d4f), so I am inclined to keep it. I think it would be better to simply expand the definition to include "autonomous, feminist, or radical server projects".

Under this definition, we could include many awesome projects not included, such as systerserver, greennet, codigosur, colnodo, pangea, guifinet, and others.

I like the idea very much. Shall we brainstorm a bit more in here and I'll create PR from that?
