Perhaps you can help or show what is wrong with the posting website.
It so happens that the website StarMediaEN uploads videos from several producers; some of them allow for downloading of subtitles/CC via VIZTUBEPRO without any problem; of late, the last one I have downloaded permits attaching its CCs but the downloaded subtitles do not show on file, and are not available for use.
