Some file converts do not have sound #7

Converting from MKV to MP4 some of the files do not have sound. Larry @ larschultz@gmail.com

Since I purchased there is no sound. What am I doing wrong

Thanks for reporting the issue, could it be possible for you to share the input file url from gdrive or anycloud so that i can debug the issue, because without the file it is not possible for me to debug the exact issue, hoping that your input file has no format issue, or any codec problem.

Files are large will look for a smaller one that has that problem
