I can't change bitrate with codec XVID #208

Bug: I can't change bitrate with codec XVID

Steps:
1. I create a new profile with XVID codec
2. Any bitrate I use the size of the converted video is the same
3.

I also have this exact problem, ffmpeg also sometimes crashes, but that could 
just be my own pc.
