Add support for hybrid map viewing.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Run the app.
 2. User is unable to select any option to display the hybrid mode.
 3. This mode is very easy to use and handy.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A: Hybrid view is expected. User can see either map view or satellite view - 
NOT the combo.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
A: I am using 0.7.0.0 in windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.
A: This is really a very useful feature. Please add it if possible.
