improved update function

First of all I have to say that GMapCatcher is a big hit!

I would like to have a selectiv "Force update" function to update older tiles 
only. Maybe like this: "Update when older than .... days" 
By entering "0" you get the same behavior as in current version. 
By entering "1" today's tiles will not be reloaded (as in former versions)
By entering e.g. "180" I get rid of my 'antiques' only.

The oldest tiles I've loaded are more than one year old. It's difficult to 
update these without reloading tiles I've loaded recently.

 That's a great idea, I don't know why I never thought of that...
I will add a new entry to the config file, and later we can add a visual option.
