GMC "security" child lock tweak - added

What steps will reproduce the problem?

 1.How is it when toooo many people start to use GMC downloading and not respect limits
 2.Will it have some replications for GMC from GE?
 3.Can it become so bad that GE BAN GMC altogether

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I was just thinking creating a "tag" in a ini or secret + hidden file in GMC 
dir that disables the mass download buttons. Like a child lock feature
This must be the default for the installation exe

We can go and edit that tag to enable it again when restarts GMC, but disable 
it when our kids go online

It can be a secret password too or just a simple zero or one tag

Password protection would be nice, to enable that DL buttons
Say the True GMC FANS set a password themselves and not by the programmers too
