All Seznam maps (covers czech republic) are "out of coordinates" #249

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. zoom czech republic for example on zoom 10 in google/opencyclemaps/whatever except seznam
 2. change map source to any seznam map
 3. displayed location is not same - zoom and position of the displayed region is different

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should be same region and display

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
current SVN releas 1116

Yes, this is known problem for me. The thing is that the layout of maps on 
Seznam.cz is different then the a layout of the rest of supported maps. Both 
the position of the tiles and their scale factor is different. The problem is 
described in detail in the source file gmapcatcher/mapServers/seznam.py. 

A possible solution is to use internally GPS coordinates in GMC and recompute 
it to tiles for each map server. It would require that each file 
gmapcatcher/mapServers/  contain a function which computes from a GPS 
coordinate x, y coordinates of the tile, which contains the place and also some 
offset from the tile corner. As far as I know, GMC does not have such 
functionality yet. 

I think that the owners of this project must decide whether they agree with 
such a big change.

Nevertheless I hope that GMC is a valuable tool who want to download for their 
personal use maps from seznam.cz and view them offline.
