search option will not return any results "location not found" #264

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. any time a location is searched for.
 2. locations that i had searched for before when this field worked it will still go to
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect for it to ask me to go online, then download map with marker on location
i get location not found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
linux mint10,(kernel 2.6.35-22-generic i686)  GMapCatcher 0.7.5.0

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried to uninstall, reinstall, did not fix.
i then reinstalled all listed dependencies followed by reinstall of 
gmapcatcher, still not fixed.
I loved this program the first few days it worked, ive been looking for 
somthing like it for a long time, Bobbysenterprises@gmail.com if any one can 
help

I have the same problem with 0.7.6.0 on Windows 7
If I'm online and search for New York anwser is "Location New York not found"
