Nothing prevents us from releasing the product from a technical standpoint. But there are a few legal implications since we are handling personally identifiable information and may be collecting payment information.

We have to investigate this. There might be a few things we have to do including:

To be clear, the main motivation for this task is to prevent the possibility of us personally being sued. If we're an LLC, then only the company's assets can be seized. If we're not, and we're sued, then our personal assets (401k, computers, cars, etc) can be seized.

We have data sensitive information about the user. We need to make sure that the users don't expect perfect recommendations. We need to make it clear that we make no promises about cost of ticket.

We also need the UI to show the EULA before the user logs in for the first time and have them accept it.

Moving this to post-MVP. We're awaiting on the business license which is a separate task.

In general, we do need a different lawyer regarding the privacy issues, tracking, if we do need an EULA for any circumstances. But we will investigate this if Audicy starts to pick up a bit.
