twitter + profile #33

Steps to reproduce:

  1. sign in with twitter
  2. go to profile page email field is empty because twitter does not provide that.
  3. update profile But can't, through validation error , email empty.

Need to add condition for validations. email validation should run only for email sign up and facebook, not twitter.
