[Feature request] Make AI Summaries optional

There should be an argument within the docker setup that lets you enable/disable AI summaries all together & use purely for the transcription and diarization features.

I think the summary box could still remain as users could still use it for adding their own notes.

Noted. Will incorporate in the next update. Quick question, would you rather prefer having this as a docker argument or as a toggle option on the settings page within the app?

Thanks for considering! Either or sounds like a fine approach, though it might be nice to have the docker flag particularly so you don't need to re-disable on new deploys.
