Develop this design using your preferred web technologies. Try to approximate it up to 80%. Don't worry about colors much, but try to make the UI neat and clean.

Mono-Clock | Design 59 - by this PR will solve the issue #59

-- changes and improvements added

✅ Added design files to ~/designtodevelopment/design59/ location

✅ UI built on ReactJS front-end framework. Images are fetched on reacthooks

✅ to initilize the application. execute npm install and then npm start
