can't run in win10 #66

The code is running OK in windows 7 and tensorflow 1.12.0. But when I running in windows 10 and tensorflow 1.12.0, it said that" Expected string, got 1.0 of type float instead". Do you know the reason? Thank you!

It requests tensorflow > 1.6
