It's better to have the application only as a tray icon when it loads with the system starts.

I have been looking into it. Some issue with electron AutoLaunch. You are welcome to find a solution and create a PR.

This Line corresponds to the AutoLaunch option that seems to have the bug. I have tried a workaround here but it's not tested yet.
