Issue summary:
Tracking ID UA-21323728-1 is not detected in GA - though the code is visible in
the page source.

Actual results:
What do you actually see after performing the above steps?
GA tracking data and ceased June 21st.
Notes:
GA tracking data and shortly after ceased recording data due to an unknown
event. The tracking ID is clearly visible in page source but GA fails to detect
said code.
