Issue summary:
Selecting ga:users & ga:adCost should be impossible in the Dimensions & Metrics 
Explorer

For API call : 
https://www.googleapis.com/analytics/v3/data/ga?ids=***&metrics=ga%3AadCost%2Cga
%3Ausers&start-date=2014-07-01&end-date=2015-07-06
The result is : Selected dimensions and metrics cannot be queried together.

Or they should be allowed together in the API (don't see any reason why they 
wouldn't be).

Ran into the same problem. Really don't see why they can't be queried together
And the problem is the combination of those 2 metrics, the dimensions has 
nothing to do with it. I've tried it without defined dimensions.
