fix the conflict behavior

Description

The current implementation of our "on conflict behavior" syntax and documentation are inconsistent. This PR only changes the documentation of the previous version because we will modify the implementation to match the current documentation syntax (do nothing & do update full). At the same time, the old syntax (overwrite & ignore) will also be compatible.
