feat(iceberg): support rest authentication

What's changed and what's your intention?

• Resolve https://github.com/risingwavelabs/risingwave/issues/19405
• Allow users to specify credentials, token, oauth2-server-uri, and scope in rest catalog for iceberg. This is a common authentication way in iceberg rest catalog.
